The following terms of contract of sale concerns the discipline of use on buying our products and services possible on-line through www.guidaverde.com 

Our products on sale are paper guides AZ Roma and Az Provincia di Roma and a Personal Access Code that consents the consultation on line of updated similar guides (running year), plus the (only on-line) municipalities of Lazio.

Be careful: it is possible to consult free of charge all the guides regarding the previous years.

The details of the products can be found in our Site; holder is Guida Verde srl, Roma 00197, via Domenico Chelini 9, P.I. 01092551009, Codice Fiscale e Registro Imprese di Roma 02638710588, REA n° 403628.

The purchase of our products and services through the Site is regulated by terms of contract and other dispositions and instructions content in the Site.

A different operation(s) and condition(s) of payment(s) guaranteed to the Client will be valid only when Guida Verde srl accepts a written agreement.

Guida Verde srl invites you to read with care the terms of contract before proceeding a purchase and once concluded the procedure to keep a copy or saved an electronic copy.

Guida Verde srl can modify, any moment and without notice, the content of terms of contract in the present document, the possible changes will be effected from the declared date of publication.

Regulation of purchase
The client can purchase our products in the Shop on Line as described on each file-card, worth respecting the correct procedure. The client's order is considered order obbligation with the knowledge and acceptance of the terms of contract and to be confirmed Guida Verde srl must first receive the correct payment.

Guida Verde srl will replay at the client via@mail about the received and confirmed order, the client must control and inform Guida Verde srl in case of errors or changes.

Each contract between Guida Verde srl and Client has to be considered settled with the received payment to Guida Verde srl by the form the Client choose. Guida Verde srl can refuse an order without responding in any case and will refund immediately in the same form choosen by the Client. The order can be considered accepted if not cancelled within 72 hours from the received payment and sent via@mail to the Client.

With the sent order to Guida Verde srl the Client declares to have knowledge of the indications provided during the purchase procedure.

Prices of products and shipping cost
The price list in the Site is VAT (Italian IVA) included. The Client has to pay directly different import tax. The price list can be modified any moment without notice, obviously it will not concern the accepted orders before the change.

In case of delay of the shipment the Client will be informed and will be able to reject the order which will be refunded by Guida Verde srl.

The cost of each shipment concerns only the AZ guides and its amount can vary depending on destination (Country) or on different form of the shipment.

The purchase of the Personal Access Code doesn’t exist because the Code will be sent via@mail.

Payments
The payments are accepted by credit card (Paypal at Guida Verde srl's expense) or bank transfer (at Client's expense).
The Client must choose one of it while ordering.

In case of no-payment, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery
The Guida Verde srl is responsible for the delivery until the products will be received by the Client. Orders are accepted through the Site for delivery in every Country. The posting cost is calculated automatically and the Client sees it before the acceptance.

The Client can require a regular invoice providing the necessary information to Guida Verde srl.

Withdrawal and refund
The Client can withdraw an order any moment without explanation sending an @mail to Guida Verde srl within 10 days from the date of delivery and, after that, sending, at Client's expense, the products or a single product (that must result completed when received by Guida Verde srl) to Guida Verde srl.

Guida Verde srl will then refund the Client within 30 days, by the same selected way by the Client for paying the order.

Guida Verde srl is responsible in case of a faulty product until the first month from date of delivery and will replace it. If replacement is not possible, Guida Verde srl will refund the Client.

In case of controversy, only the Rome's Court (Rome, Italy, Europe) will be competent.
